1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • In case of high order volumes or unexpected delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India (or standard shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, if applicable).

  • Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, it typically takes 3 to 7 business days for the package to be delivered to your address, depending on your location.

    • Metros & Major Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

    • Rest of India / Remote Areas: 5 to 7 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to track the real-time status of your delivery.

4. Damages & Lost Packages

  • Gloom Fashion for man partners with reputed courier services to ensure safe delivery.

  • If you receive your order damaged, or if the packaging is tampered with, please take a photo/video before opening it and contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

5. Delivery Attempts & Incorrect Address

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times before returning it back to our warehouse.

  • Please ensure you provide an accurate shipping address and active mobile number at the checkout to avoid delivery failures.
